What are your normal working hours?
EPC Surveying Limited are flexible and will use their best endeavours to meet your requirements, we work during daylight hours and weekend appointments are also available. Please
contact us with your preferred time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How long will it take?
EPC Surveying Limited understands that you will be anxious to have your Energy Performance Certificate ready as soon as possible. From receipt of instruction, we will do our best to make a quick, suitable time for the assessment. On completion of the property assessment, we will enter the information onto the software within 24 hours. As soon as we receive receipt of confirmation that the Certificate has been lodged onto the national database, we will contact you advising you how you can access it digitally. Digital certificates are required so that they can be incorporated into the Home Information Pack.
What experience do you have?
We have several years experience in the building industry and have a HNC Qualification in Building and Construction. In addition to this we also have the necessary qualifications in Domestic Energy Assessing which is required to produce Energy Performance Certificates.
